Hello, I sold an item with the “pickup in person” option. Unfortunately, the buyer wasn’t able to pick it up, so I shipped it instead. How do I receive the agreed amount? Thank you

Then hope that the buyer is honest and doesn't open a refund request for an item not received; you'll never be able to prove shipment and you'll have to refund him.
