shipping Item sold
Good evening, I’ve put an item up for sale. I received a payment confirmation email and it says to ship now with the buyer’s address.
what should I do, ship it on my own or through eBay?
I’m asking for help because it’s the first time I’ve used it.
thanks in advance

Mentore11 months agoYou can choose whether to ship on your own or through ebay.
ebay has an agreement with Packlink, but using it is not mandatory.

OP11 months agoGood morning, the buyer told me to go to a DHL drop-off point and in the payment they put an amount for shipping. I’d like to know whether this money I’ll have to front will be credited back to me, or has the buyer paid for shipping on eBay?!

Mentore11 months agoThe buyer paid you (via eBay) for the item and shipping costs.
The shipping is the one you indicated in the listing.
So choose whether to buy the shipping through Packlink or directly from the carrier and ship it.

As with every new user, eBay will hold your payment for 15 days and then (unless there are disputes and after deducting the fees) will credit it to the bank account you linked to your account.

OP11 months agoIt won’t let me create the label because on eBay the status is payment processing, but the email I received from eBay confirms the payment
I’d like to contact eBay support but I can’t find the contact details
