Package shipment by post 1
Hello, I sent a package with Poste Italiane 1, the package appears to have been delivered but the buyer says they haven’t received anything now, and now they’re asking for a refund. How should I handle this?

Mentore2 years agoPosta 1 doesn’t have real tracking, just a delivery status.
Still, try entering the code in the eBay procedure and see if they side with you; in the past that was enough.
