Hello everyone,recently I bought 2 items (the same order no.) from an eBay store and in the notes I asked whether I was paying for only one shipping fee (it seemed pointless to me, but I asked anyway... everyone in a multi-item order charges only one shipping fee...).The seller didn’t reply to me, but I received a single package with both items inside; I go to check and I paid for 2 (two!) shipping fees!!!!!I write to him and he tells me that’s how it is and that if I wasn’t happy I could ask eBay.So I did, but eBay didn’t reply to me, not even within the 48 hours they say!Also I can’t open the dispute, have they changed the procedure?Please help me, thanks
