Lost shipment and non-refundable
I shipped a 1955 radio with eBay shipping, but there is no tracking and it hasn't been delivered to the recipient. After filing a formal complaint, I was told that items over 50 years old cannot be shipped and are not refundable. So I gather that all vintage or antique items cannot be shipped with eBay shipping?
