Scheduled Shipment
Good morning, I bought a shipping label with Ebay service. I scheduled the pickup yesterday, but as of today I still don't see any courier. The only thing is that the buyer was given the tracking number and it shows as shipped. But I haven't shipped anything yet. Ah, as a note, I had selected "HOME PICKUP" so I'm waiting for the courier.

Mentore3 years agoThe parcel is marked as shipped at the moment the code is generated. Then in the details it still shows as waiting for pickup.
I think you bought the shipment from Packlink, within the eBay site. If they still don’t come to pick up the parcel today either, you need to schedule a new pickup: https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/it/articles/208326489-Programmare-nuovamente-il-ritiro
