Return shipment
Good morning, I need to make a return for goods that arrived damaged. The seller accepted the return and provided the label to print and put in the package. But I don't understand whether I need to contact a courier myself, because the post office won't accept the package (I thought I could take it there, like Amazon returns). Thanks to anyone who will reply to me

Mentore2 years agoIt depends on which label the seller gave you. There will be something written on it.
It could be from UPS, DHL, BRT, Poste or SDA.
It could have pickup at your home address, or you may need to take the package to a drop-off point for that courier.
