Shipment RQ127815109DE
The shipment in question is marked as delivered on June 20, 2023, but that is not true — I received nothing. How can I see who it was actually delivered to?
Because of this mix-up I opened a dispute, then, having received another package the following day that I did not pick up in person, thinking it was the one, I cancelled the dispute. Now how can I track the shipment and find out to whom it was delivered, if it was delivered?

Mentore3 years agoGo to the post office and ask them; if the operator has certified the delivery, you can only make a claim with them.
