Wrong shipment
Hello, my package shows as delivered, but when I check the postal service website it says it was delivered in another city. So I assume the seller switched the label with another package. It's been 4 days that I've been messaging the seller, but they aren't responding. What should I do?

Mentore1 year agoOpen a help request for an item not received, specify that that tracking code shows as delivered in another city. If the system doesn’t allow it, have customer support contact you using the link at the bottom of the page.
