Hello, I sold a supplement and shipped it in a stamped letter envelope, and the buyer confirmed that they received the package by writing to me in eBay messaging. On eBay the package is however shown as not delivered because I did not enter the tracking code; obviously I cannot mark it as delivered because there is no function that lets me do that. How can I get the payment released? What do I need to do?
