Shipment without label, sent with a stamp without tracking
Hello, I sold a supplement and shipped it in a stamped letter envelope, and the buyer confirmed that they received the package by writing to me in eBay messaging. On eBay the package is however shown as not delivered because I did not enter the tracking code; obviously I cannot mark it as delivered because there is no function that lets me do that. How can I get the payment released? What do I need to do?

Mentore1 year agoStop shipping untracked, the buyer could still open an item not received dispute and eBay might never pay you, plus your money could be held for the usual 15 days because you're a new/infrequent seller.
