Shipment without tracking
Dear all,
a seller told me that the product I purchased was shipped without tracking.
Regardless of the shipping method, I would like to understand why I cannot know that the shipping company has taken it in charge and an eventual number generated when the shipment was made.
Otherwise, how can I know whether to trust it and, above all, whether the product was actually shipped?

Mentore1 year agoIf it’s without tracking, you can’t get updates; it could also just be dropped into a mailbox with a stamp.
But the risk is all on the seller, because if you don’t receive it within the set time, you can open a dispute for item not received and win it easily.
