Shipment without tracking - customer responsibility

SHi everyone!I’d like some clarification about shipping with piego di libri.As I understand it, if I send an item without tracking and the item gets lost, the responsibility falls on me as the seller.If a customer requests untracked shipping, is it possible to make them responsible and therefore deny a refund in case of loss?Any experiences on this?Francesco
