Late shipment requested by the customer
Good morning, a customer has bought and paid for an item and asked me to be able to ship it after September 15. Can I ship it that late as requested by the customer, or do I risk being penalized by eBay for late shipment? Also, I would like to ship it with eBay's shipping service, and I’m not sure if, after a month from the sale, it is still possible to use the service.

Mentore2 weeks agoThe ideal solution (for both of you) would be to agree to cancel the purchase and repeat it in a month.
