Shipment returned
I sold an item, destination country Canada.
The insured package was sent back because it did not pass customs checks.
I am willing to refund the item price to the buyer, but what do we do about the shipping costs (33 euros)?
Should we split it in half?

Mentore1 year agoIf the material was importable into Canada, with a correct and complete declaration it should not have been rejected by customs.

Mentore1 year agoIf it opens a claim for item not received, you’ll have to refund the full amount they paid you.
You’ll cover the shipping costs.
