TRACKED SHIPMENT VIA eBay DELIVERED BUT SELLER SAYS NO AND eBay REFUNDS | Questions and answers among users

Good afternoon,as the title says, I sent a small package using eBay shipping (tracked, of course). The seller says they didn’t receive it even though it shows as delivered. He opens a dispute and eBay sides with him (even though I had called customer service, who said I would be in the right). This is the second time this has happened to me and I am LITERALLY FED UP WITH EBAY’S UNFAIR BEHAVIOR, WHICH PROTECTS ONLY THE BUYER AT THE EXPENSE OF US SELLERS. Now I’m wondering.. if for eBay a tracked shipment doesn’t count.. what are we supposed to do to prove that there are dishonest buyers who receive items and open fake disputes?? Thanks PS I AM SERIOUSLY THINKING ABOUT MOVING MY SMALL SALES TO OTHER PLATFORMS.. MY EXPERIENCE WITH EBAY IS TURNING OUT TO BE CRAP!
