Shipping via eBay shipping
good evening everyone ,
I shipped a package through eBay shipping, the buyer informs me that they received the package crumpled and the item damaged.
Bartolini courier shipment covered by insurance for low amounts .
The buyer wants the
refund but who do I
need to ask to step in for the
refund ?
can anyone help me ? Give me directions ?

Mentore1 year agoYou’re the one who has to refund the customer via eBay and then try to claim the refund from Packlink’s insurance.
The chances of getting it, though, are practically nil; they’ll cite inadequate packaging.
