single shipment for two different orders placed by the same buyer

I received two orders from the same buyer placed at different times, I'd like to ship them together, but when I enter the shipping code in one, it won't let me put it in the other. How do I mark that the other shipment was made too?

If they are two different orders, you need to make two separate shipments, since both have been paid for.
