single shipment for multiple items
good evening a user in the process of purchasing multiple items among those I have put up for sale is telling me that the system is suggesting they pay the shipping costs for each individual item. Could this be a problem related to the fact that in the payment methods, when I put the item up for sale, I specified that I require immediate payment? If so, could I solve it by modifying the listing under the payments section and unchecking the box?

Mentore3 years agoProbably yes, this way you rule out the possibility for the likely buyer to send you a request for the total, where you can update the shipping costs.
Let’s say it’s hypothetical, but it doesn’t cost anything to try.
