single shipment for multiple items sold to the same buyer

Good evening

when selling stickers and/or other small paper items, I’ve always done the "combined shipping" whenever the same buyer made multiple purchases....

Now, for some days (three), I’ve found this option "disabled" and every time I try to get it back

the system (sic !) tells me to try again later.... it was something that worked well, both for the seller and the buyer... did something happen or am I not carrying out the right steps ?
