Fast shipping with payment outside eBay
Good morning, I bought some books and chose the book mail shipping option. The seller replied saying that lately the post office has been really slow and if I want faster shipping I have to pay €3 with PayPal "friends and family" outside of eBay. I refused, saying that I want to stay within eBay, and he told me he will ship everything tomorrow. Okay, but should I report his behavior? These are my first purchases and I'm a bit unsure. Thanks!
