Mentore3 years agoTo change the tracking code, you need to contact eBay customer service: https://www.ebay.it/help/account/contacting-ebay-customer-service/contatta-ebay?id=4379&st=3&pos=1&query=Contatta%20eBay&intent=contatta&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1326
for the label, you need to contact whoever sold it to you. It may have been Packlink: https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/it
