Shipments
Hi everyone,
I should say that I haven't used eBay in a long time, so I still don't know about any possible changes to the platform.
I wanted to ask a question about shipping: I noticed that there's a delivery with Poste Delivery managed by eBay, I imagine it can be delivered to the pickup point.
Then what I can't figure out is whether this is provided by eBay, so paid for only by the buyer.
Let me know and if needed I'll make some changes.

Mentore2 years agoEbay works as always. You decide how to ship, and set the shipping price on the listing. The buyer pays you for the item and shipping, you pay for the shipping and send it.
The shipping manager is not ebay; in Italy they have entrusted the service to a Spanish broker (Packlink). There are several services offered with different couriers, some include home pickup while others include drop-off at collection points. You choose the service that suits you best, bearing in mind that there is no obligation to use Packlink.

OP2 years agoI would like to use the pickup point because it’s more convenient for me since I already use Vinted too, so I can manage shipments more easily.
Anyway, thank you for your response.

Mentore2 years agoIt seems to me that among the services offered by packlink on ebay, there are BRT ones with delivery to a fermopoint.
