Good morning, I’m opening this discussion to report the terrible handling of Ebay shipments with packlink. I wanted to know whether you too have had mishaps such as:
- Delays in home pickups (the companies in charge tell me they receive the requests late);
- payment for labels for home delivery, and instead it is arbitrarily decided to deliver to a fermopoint;
- Damaged insured goods, but never reimbursed with an implausible justification;
and to top it off, no call center exists, only email messages are available, with operators who only copy and paste prepackaged messages;
