Good morning everyone, I’m trying to figure out the best way to handle shipments outside the EU and I’d really appreciate your help.I have an international sale and I’d like to understand whether there’s a way to set up the listing so the buyer can see and pay duties, VAT, and any import fees in advance, so they know the total cost before completing the purchase and avoid surprises at delivery.I’m asking here because in a previous discussion on the Community I thought I had read that there was a mode or an eBay service that allowed import fees to be paid in advance, but when I contacted eBay customer service I was told it wouldn’t be possible to set it manually.Can someone clarify how it really works? Is it an automatic feature of some shipping services (e.g. SpeedPAK or eBay international programs)? Does it need to be enabled in the listing? Or does it depend on the destination country?The goal would be to let the buyer know and pay everything before the purchase or at least before delivery, without unexpected costs.Many thanks to anyone who can help me!
