Bartolini courier "Unknown recipient"
How can I find out where an item shipped with Bartolini courier ended up, since it shows as not delivered because "Unknown Recipient". I spoke with the seller, the address is correct, single-family house, the name is on the intercom, then from Bartolini I didn't receive any phone call or SMS, I go to Bartolini's website, enter the shipping number and only get the wording "Not Delivered Unknown Recipient" then to continue they want a BRT Pin code that even the seller doesn't know.
What should I do............. Thanks

Mentore2 years agoIf you’re sure the seller didn’t make a mistake when writing the address (you had him send you a copy of his receipt), there’s very little you can do.
Only the seller could unlock the parcel, he probably doesn’t have the PIN because he bought the service through a broker and so he has to contact them. Maybe it’s Packlink and he bought the shipping on ebay?
