Return shipping costs for wrong item size
I purchased a pack of socks (no-show socks) that arrived on time but is too small for my feet. I contacted the seller, who accepts returns. I would like to know how to recover the shipping cost for the product, which I have to pay upfront. Thank you.

Mentore1 year agoOn eBay, nothing is advanced upfront. The return must be paid by the seller or the buyer depending on the reason for the return.
If you ordered a 42 and a 39 arrived, open a return request for item not as described in the order and the return shipping is at the seller's expense.
If you ordered a 42 and a 42 arrived, but it still doesn't fit you, open a return request for size exchange and the return shipping is at your expense.
