Return shipping costs at my expense
Hello everyone, I bought a dog clipper that doesn't work. The description said it was a professional clipper, but it didn't cut; it was defective. The seller doesn't want to pay the return shipping costs. Basically, the shipping cost is higher than one third of the machine's cost. For me it's not worth it; maybe they pay less since they have an online shop and are constantly making shipments? What do you recommend? Thanks

Mentore3 years agoHello,
to open a return request on ebay:
https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-refunds/restituisci-un-oggetto-cambio-di-un-rimborso?id=4041&st=3&pos=2&query=Restituisci%20un%20oggetto%20in%20cambio%20di%20un%20rimborso&intent=reso&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1134
If the seller plays dumb, on the fourth day after opening the process, ask ebay to step in:
https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-refunds/chiedi-ebay-di-intervenire-acquirenti?id=4701&st=3&pos=2&query=Chiedi%20a%20eBay%20di%20intervenire%20-%20acquirenti&intent=intervento&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1382
Remember, the return shipping is on the seller... don’t pay anything upfront!
Best regards.
