Shipping costs
Hello everyone. I sold an item and had set the shipping cost to 40 euros. Once the item was sold, I got the eBay summary, which said the buyer would pay 20 euros for shipping, and that’s what happened. I don’t understand why, how can eBay change the shipping costs without consulting the seller?

Mentore3 years agoyou made a mistake, the 40 euros are only for Italy.
If I try to select another country that you say you ship to (e.g. France), the shipping costs are 20 euros.
So a buyer, residing in another EU country, pays 20 euros for shipping, as requested by you.
