Shipping costs
A couple of months ago I changed the shipping cost on all listings with cash on delivery payment because there was a small increase. How come they keep buying an item with the old rate?

OP2 years agoHello, I checked and it’s correct. I really can’t understand it. Is it possible that the customer added it to the cart some time ago, before the change, and only completed the purchase now?
