Shipping costs
Good morning, I’m new here. I’d like to know how the customer-paid shipping option works. Can I ship only with Poste Italiane? If so, once I’ve chosen the price range (and weight), how do I know the exact amount to charge the customer? For books, is letter shipping okay or do I need to set it as a package? Thanks to anyone who can help me

you can ship with the method you prefer, tracking always recommended!
To find out the amount, you need to decide what to use, go to the courier’s website and simulate or check the cost based on the size and weight of the package you need to ship.
To make things easier for you, it’s better to choose a service based on weight only; for example, Poste Italiane has price bands based on weight only... the other couriers also base it on volumetric weight.
