Shipping costs
Hello everyone!
I'm trying to ship a package from a sale, but even though the buyer has paid the shipping costs, when I go to create the label I'm asked to pay the shipping costs. Shouldn't they be deducted from the buyer's payment?

Mentore1 year agoThe shipping was paid to you, it’s obvious that you have to pay for the label.
But did you have any idea how eBay works before you started selling?
