Good evening everyone. I bought a software update for my vehicle’s infotainment system from a user in the United Kingdom. I paid for the update file, shipping, and customs fees. However, the file was sent to me via a link in an email message, so there will be no shipment, but I paid the seller for shipping and customs fees (I was expecting a physical medium like a CD with the file, but instead everything was handled with an email. I paid for shipping and customs fees, but that will never happen. The seller is not cooperating and does not respond. I’m asking if someone can give me some guidance. Thanks a lot.
