Hello, I bought some shelves that arrived with obvious dents. The seller accepts returns within 30 days, with shipping costs paid by the buyer. In this case, can you confirm that the return shipping costs are his responsibility and that he should refund the full amount, including the initial shipping costs I paid? Thanks .
