Shipping costs for abroad
Hello. Someone orders an item from me from America, I ship it but the actual shipping costs are higher than the ones I indicated. I contact the buyer and explain, (among other things I had indicated to contact me before purchase in case of international shipping). The buyer hadn’t read that, but says they’re willing to make up the difference. How do we do it? Is there an option where I can charge an additional amount? Or does the buyer have to settle it by sending money through eBay as well? Is there an option to select? Thanks for the advice.

to be honest, the buyer shouldn’t give you anything, the mistake was yours and you should take responsibility for it and correct any other listings.
Anyway, there’s no way on eBay to have another amount charged to you, you’ll have to agree between yourselves on a method that works for both of you.
