Shipping costs for multiple products
Hello everyone,
a user bought 4 products and paid shipping costs 4 times. In your opinion, should I make 4 separate shipments even though the address is the same?
Usually, in the case of multiple purchases, users message me and we agree on a single shipment.
In this case, what do you recommend I do?

to be fair, you should make 4 shipments... otherwise contact the buyer and explain that you will make a single shipment and refund the extra amount paid.
