Shipping costs too high - sellers - help!
Hello everyone,
I sold an item, for shipping costs I set a low price, since that was the price shown on the postal service website to send it.
Now eBay is telling me that, when I try to print the shipping label, the shipping costs are more than €5 and that I have to pay them!
What do I do?
Thanks.

Mentore2 years agoHello,
you are not required to use the service offered by ebay... you can use the service you chose by going directly to the post office.
Kind regards.
