Shipping costs
Good evening, I set fixed shipping costs for Sardinia on my Prestashop, which synchronizes with eBay, why don't they sync? Let me explain better: if someone buys from my site, everything is fine, but if they buy from my site through eBay, it doesn't consider the difference in cost, which for Sardinia is fixed regardless

because you have to set them on eBay... not on Prestashop... using the selling rules and custom shipping tables:

https://www.ebay.it/ship/prf
Then you need to check the module you use for synchronization to see whether you can use the selling rules on eBay or whether you have to update them manually every time.

OP1 year agoSorry, I didn’t quite understand. So from my Prestashop it syncs everything, I set 7.90 for orders under 60.00 euros and free for all other orders above that. And this works perfectly on eBay too. Then I had to add another shipping cost for Sardinia that is fixed regardless at 18.00 euros. Well, this doesn’t activate when they buy on eBay, instead it works on my Prestashop. Please explain how to fix it for me
