Good morning, last year I bought a clothing item from the United States that cost 250 dollars, and when I picked it up at the post office they charged me 70 euros in customs fees and VAT, is that normal? And when buying from China, how does it work? Are there customs fees in this case too? Is there a way to calculate the amount of these fees? thanks for the replies.

Same thing for purchases from any non-EU country.
