Customs duties
Hello, during the payment for an order coming from Japan to be shipped to Italy, I was literally told that customs fees had already been added to the total cost. When the package arrived at my home, the postman asked me for additional customs fees (about 21 euros).
I would like an explanation, did I pay double customs fees? I feel ripped off

from Japan you can't have paid customs in advance!
So, whoever told you that said nonsense.... or they were referring only to Italian VAT...
