Customs charges from France
Hello everyone, I bought a used PC processor from a French seller, paid about 30€ + 15€ shipping.
This morning the SDA courier arrived and asked me for 15€ in customs fees, I refused the package.
Do customs fees also apply to countries in the European Union?
Will the package be returned to the sender?

OP2 years agothanks, in the end it was a courier error, it was redelivered to me the next day.

Are you sure it came from France?
The seller may have a registration address in France, but ship from somewhere else, did you read the listing carefully?
Anyway, if you refused delivery, you won't be able to claim any refund.
