20 euro customs fees for a 50 euro purchase
good morning. for a purchase from England of 50 euros, I spent 20 on customs through the post office. does eBay issue a refund or some kind of assistance?

no refund because you should have known that by importing from a non-EU country you would have had to pay customs duties and the carrier's fees.
Only if they issued you a payment receipt and you can prove that, in addition to the customs duties, you also paid VAT again, only and exclusively in that case can eBay refund it to you... the VAT!
