shipping costs
hello everyone, I bought two items from the same seller, I paid two shipping fees but when I received the item there was one single envelope. I also wrote to the seller to have me pay only one shipping fee, the seller never replied. How can I complain?

Mentore2 years agoIf you know how to handle disputes well, you could open two refund requests for item not received. If they were two separate orders, the seller will only be able to respond to one of them.
If you’re not very familiar with these procedures, лучше leave it alone.
