Shipping costs
I sold an item with shipping of 50 euros, when I went to the post office to send the package they asked me 126 euros because it was international shipping. I contacted the buyer asking for the 76 euro difference to proceed with the shipment and he replied that he contacted eBay and was told that he doesn't have to pay me the difference, and he doesn't want to pay the difference. What should I do?

You probably entered a figure that was too low for countries outside the EU
But 126€ seems like a lot to me. Where did you ship to? What did you ship?
