International shipping costs
Hello, I’m a seller, someone bought one of my items, but I had specified the shipping cost for domestic shipping; the auction was won by a buyer who is abroad (still within the EU). How should I handle the difference in cost? It will of course be the buyer’s responsibility?

since he won’t have been able to pay because the shipping cost was missing, you can send him an invoice with the updated amount... or you can cancel the sale, stating that you don’t ship to his country.
