Transportation costs.
Good evening, I sold an item and charged the customer €10 for shipping, but when I got to generate the label for my item, which weighs 20 kg, within the 35 kg allowed by the courier, instead of the €5/6 under the agreement they charged me 71.
Does anyone have any idea how to ship at a reasonable cost.

unfortunately you have to take into account not only the weight, but also the dimensions... the bigger the item is, the more the volumetric weight increases... and the more the shipping costs!
Oversized items are not accepted by all couriers; for example, Poste Italiane accepts packages up to 30 kg, but the maximum size must not exceed one meter.
You therefore need to run shipping simulations to figure out the actual cost to apply to your item without losing money.
