Fees withheld by the seller on a return
I returned a replacement part because it wasn't compatible with my device, even though it was described as compatible. I paid for shipping, but the seller kept 13% of the order as "seller fees". No explanation.

Mentore2 years agoDid you follow eBay’s return procedure? Or did you make an arrangement directly with the seller?
If you used the eBay procedure, what reason did you give? And did you accept the partial refund yourself?
