Explain to me how this is possible..!!
Given that I had sold an item by accepting an offer, after a few days I didn’t receive the payment... I write to the buyer, but nothing.
Today I decide to report the missing payment to Ebay, cancel the sale accordingly and put it back up as a listing.
The cancellation went through successfully and I relisted the item.
Now I get a message from the famous buyer, in response to my previous reminder email, telling me that he has now made the payment with a credit card.
How is it possible that he paid if I canceled and relisted it?
Where did his money go if I didn’t receive it?
What should I do if I still want to carry out this possible sale?

OP2 years agoHi, among the sold items it shows as present but with the status canceled, while among those for sale it also shows as present and available.
What should I do? Do I need to check something else?

Mentore2 years agoIf it shows as canceled, the buyer cannot have paid.
So, you can rest easy.

Mentore2 years agoIf you cancelled the sale correctly, the buyer couldn’t have paid!
If they paid before you cancelled it, they also received the refund...
So check carefully on your account what it shows.
