Good evening, regarding the order in question I would like to clarify the following:
the online payments made by my bank must be authorized by the undersigned through codes in my possession. Now I ask you how you managed to instruct my bank to make the payment? Are you in possession of such codes? And if the amount had been 100 1000 10000 euros? Would it have been the same thing? I believe I am entitled to an explanation that goes beyond a simple anonymous message, while remaining that I will look into what happened

Mentore3 years agoI’ve already written to you twice that it is most likely the crediting of the refund.
Crediting is money that goes into your account and for this operation no authorizations are needed. Put in the simplest possible words, with the refund they give you back the amount you had paid.
If you can’t understand the difference between a credit and a debit, ask your bank. You are most likely foreign and it would be better if you get help from someone who can understand Italian. There’s no point in continuing to create new posts.
