File a complaint
Good morning, I would like to file a complaint but I don't know how to do it. The "customer service" doesn't call you anymore and doesn't understand written messages. I was treated like crap by a supplier who took the money, and after days told me he no longer had the goods, refused to cancel the order, and forced me to make another purchase from another supplier to solve my problem. Now I want my money back. Is it difficult?? I can't explain all this.
Can anyone help me? Thanks
