Shipping status is not updating
Hi, I ordered an item from America on December 29.. I'm tracking the shipment progress and I saw that the latest update dates back to January 9 with the wording transit to facility.. what could it be? why isn't it updating? I've already ordered often with international shipping and everything has always arrived.. I wanted to understand why it hasn't updated for so many days.. can you help me? Thanks in advance
